摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent temperature sensor capable of accurately measuring temperature. SOLUTION: The fluorescent temperature sensor includes: a light-emitting body 2; phosphor 1 irradiated with excitation light from the light-emitting body 2; a fluorescence measuring device 4, which receives fluorescent light emitted from the phosphor 1 and converts the light into an electric signal that represents the fluorescence intensity; a period measuring unit 301, which measures the period of an offset signal outputted from the fluorescence measuring device 4 when the light-emitting body 2 is turned off; a correcting unit 302, which subtracts an offset signal after integral multiple times of the period has passed from the time of receiving the fluorescent light, from the electric signal representing the fluorescence intensity, and produces a corrected electric signal representing the fluorescence intensity; an attenuation characteristics calculating unit 303, which calculates attenuation characteristics of the fluorescence intensity based on the corrected electric signal representing the fluorescence intensity; and a temperature calculating unit 304, which calculates the ambient temperature of the phosphor based on the attenuation characteristics of the fluorescence intensity.
