PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever device capable of improving operability of an operation lever. SOLUTION: An operation lever device comprises: an operation lever 1 which is disposed on a vehicle and is swingable around a base end side; a movable member 8 which slides according to the swinging operation direction of the operation lever 1 to form a prescribed electric circuit and thus allows the vehicle or equipment of the vehicle to carry out a prescribed motion; and a return spring 9 which energizes the movable member 8 always toward an initial position. The operation lever device is provided with action load application means (an action ball 14 and an action form 15) which applies an action load to the movable member 8 in accordance with sliding of the movable member 8, and it is so set that an operation load is decreased according to increase of an operation stroke of the operation lever 1 through the action load by the action load application means.
