PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition which can form, in a short time, an inorganic transparent cured coating film excellent in stain resistance in addition to film performance such as abrasion resistance, crack resistance, and substrate adhesion, and to provide a method for forming a cured coating film and a laminate in which the cured coating film is formed. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition includes a di- or tri-functional organosilane (A), a specific both-end reactive group-containing polydimethylsiloxane (B), and a specific aromatic sulfonium salt-type active energy ray-sensitive cationic initiator (C).
