PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing place floor which has a superior drainage property and a cushioning property, can suppress the formation of an air gap between layers constituting the washing place floor, and can prevent the generation of a crack on a surface material constituting the washing place floor. SOLUTION: The washing place floor 1 includes a base material 10, a cushioning material 20 which is placed on the upper surface of the base material 10 to exhibit a cushioning property, and the surface material 30 placed on the upper surface of the cushioning material 20. The base material 10 has an air venting hole 18 which is formed to penetrate the base material 10 from its upper surface to a lower surface and vents air present between the base material 10 and the cushioning material 20. The upper surface of the surface material 30 has warping grooves 32 which function as knots to cause the surface material 30 to warp downward when a load is applied to the upper surface of the surface material 30, and thick portions 39 which are formed to be relatively thick due to the warping grooves 32.
