PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide system for inserting a bar-like member from one mounting hole to the other mounting hole. SOLUTION: The guide system includes a first mounting hole 3 and a second mounting hole 6 for mounting the bar-like member 7 through insertion, and a first guide 4 and a second guide 5 for guiding the tip of the bar-like member 7 inserted from the first mounting hole 3, to the second mounting hole 6. A first surface 4a, facing the direction of the first mounting hole 3, of the first guide 4, and a second surface 5a, facing the direction of the first mounting hole 3, of the second guide 5, are inclined with respect to the bar-like member 7 so as to approach the bar-like member 7 from the first mounting hole 3 toward the second mounting hole 5.
