PURPOSE: A polysulfone amide reverse osmosis membrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve water flux using a new monomer, thereby obtaining an excellent desalination rate. CONSTITUTION: A reverse osmosis membrane manufacturing method includes a step of forming a polysulfone amine separation active layer on a porous support layer by interfacial polymerization. The step above includes a step of dipping the porous support layer in a solution including multifunctional aromatic amine which is expressed in the chemical formula 1 and a step of dipping the porous support layer in a solution including aromatic sulfonyl halide which is expressed in the chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 1, at least more than two of R1 to R6 are NX1X2, and the rest are H. X1 and X2 are respectively selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, C1-8 alkoxy, C1-15 alkyl, C2-12 alkenyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C3-8 cycloalkenyl, C4-12 alkylcycloalkyl, C4-12 alkyl cycloalkenyl, C6-10 aryl and C6-10 aryl- C1-8 alkyl.
