The present invention relates to an individual type vehicle air conditioning apparatus individually cooling and heating each seat, wherein the vehicle air conditioning apparatus is capable of being forcibly restricted to enter an individual air conditioning mode when a window glass fogging occurs, thereby effectively responding to the generation of the fogging on the window glass of a seat not having a passenger when the vehicle air conditioning apparatus enters the individual air conditioning mode. According to the present invention for the above effect, an individual type vehicle air conditioning apparatus individually cooling and heating only a seat having a passenger while entering an individual air conditioning mode depending on the operation of an air conditioning mode switch, comprises a fogging generation condition estimating unit outputting a fogging generation condition signal by estimating whether the interior of a vehicle is under the condition of the generation of fogging on a window glass; and a control part forcibly restricting the vehicle air conditioning apparatus to enter the individual air conditioning mode while entering an individual air conditioning restricting mode when receiving the fogging generation condition signal from the fogging generation condition estimating unit, and allowing the vehicle air conditioning apparatus to enter the individual air conditioning mode when the fogging generation condition signal from the fogging generation condition estimating unit is canceled.
