The present invention relates to a rubbery latex which can produce products with excellent impact-resistance and excellent coloring, by manufacturing a rubber reinforced graft polymer via emulsion polymerization using the rubbery latex which includes diene rubbery polymer cores, an aromatic or non-aromatic polymer having unsaturated double bonds on the core and multi-layered shells formed by alternately stacking the diene polymer, and to a method thereof.
