An embodiment of the present invention provides an energy harvesting device comprising: a chamber arranged with a first electrode and a second electrode; a second dielectric film arranged between the second electrode and the chamber; a first fluid and a magnetic second fluid disposed on the chamber; and a magnet arranged outside the chamber to change the magnetic force of the chamber.
