The present invention relates to an ophthalmological surgery system having a docking unit. According to the present invention, because it can be easily and precisely determined whether the docking unit and an eye of a patient are optimally arranged by classifying and recognizing a cornea, an anterior capsule, and a posterior capsule to detect and display a tangential line of an apex after photographing a tomographic image of an interior structure of the eye of the patient using OCT, the docking unit can be precisely in contact with the eye of the patient. Further, because a gaze of the patient can be moved to a desired position by variably controlling a light emission location of a fixation light unit based on the detected tangential line, the arrangement of the docking unit and the eye of the patient can be readjusted more promptly and conveniently. |
