The present invention relates to a building interior material using a natural material and to a method of manufacturing the same, more specifically, to an interior material using a natural material, which is prepared by mixing and stirring a natural bonding material having a first mesh reinforcement material and a second mesh reinforcement material inside a surface layer and a back surface layer, respectively. The building interior material using a natural material of the present invention includes: a surface layer; a first mesh reinforcing material provided inside the surface layer; a back surface layer laminated to a back surface of the surface layer; and a second mesh reinforcement material laminated on a back surface of the back surface layer, wherein each of the surface layer and the back surface layer includes the natural bonding material constituted by mixing a vegetable starch, alum, and bay salt. |
