Disclosed is an invention related to an over-flow prevention device of an oil-containing wastewater tub. The disclosed over-flow prevention device of an oil-containing wastewater tub comprises a connection line installed on a partition wall partitioning an oil-containing wastewater tub and a normal tub to transfer the wastewater in the oil-containing wastewater tub to the normal tub by the atmospheric pressure; and an air intake line installed in the connection line to block the transfer of the wastewater by outside air flowing into the connection line according to the water level of the oil-containing wastewater tub. |
