An organic electro-luminescence display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce power consumption by applying an amorphous silicon TFT(Thin Film Transistor) as a data line driving driver. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes an organic electro-luminescence device(24) in each pixel defined by crossing a data line(12) and a gate line(11). The organic electro-luminescence device is driven by a thin film transistor. The data line is formed on a passivation film of the thin film transistor. The data line is made of the same material as a cathode or an anode of the organic electro-luminescence device and formed on the same layer as the cathode or the anode of the organic electro-luminescence device. |
