PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for supporting spatial division multiple access scheme in a multiple input multiple output wireless communication system are provided to perform communication according to the spatial division multiple access method by determining the type of channel information feedback. CONSTITUTION: A terminal transmits a message including the code book type information. The code book type is to be used for the SDMA(Spatial Division Multiple Access) of the zero-forcing property. The code book type selected by the base station is confirmed through the message received from the base station of the terminal. In case the terminal can support the selected code book as described above, the terminal transmits a message informing the zero-forcing pre-combining capability(315). |
