The present invention relates to a method for producing Ledebouriella seseloides rice and to Ledebouriella seseloides rice produced through the same. Nutrients which can be insufficient in rice are supplemented using active ingredients contained in Ledebouriella seseloides, beans, shiitakes, chestnuts, jujubes, and gingkoes, so that rice which uniformly contains nutrients can be provided. The strong flavor of Ledebouriella seseloides is reduced in order to be contained in rice, so that the flavor of Ledebouriella seseloides is appropriately contained in the rice. In the method according to the present invention, nutrients which can be insufficient in rice are supplemented using active ingredients contained in Ledebouriella seseloides, beans, shiitakes, chestnuts, jujubes, and gingkoes, so that rice which uniformly contains nutrients can be cooked. The bitter taste of Ledebouriella seseloides stems and leaves is reduced, so that a consumer is not repulsed by Ledebouriella seseloides rice. Moreover, the textures of Ledebouriella seseloides rice are improved, and the flavors of Ledebouriella seseloides are appropriately maintained in rice, so that rice having high merchantable quality can be produced. |
