[Class 361 In a conduit system or construction adapted to serve as a wall skirting, composed of sheet metal, papier mache or hard-setting plastic material, and formed with a plurality of separate channels to accommodate a number of electric wiring systems such as lighting, power and telephone, each run of the skirting comprises three separate elements viz., a rear portion or channelled duct, a front cover plate and an inclined edge-forming top portion. As shown the channelled duct a is divided into channels e, f, g by the horizontal strips c and d, provided with apertures. An angled plate p forms the top cover and its edges are secured to the lip of the plate a and to the front cover plate m by the screws n. Junction box openings may be formed in the plate p. |
