The present invention relates to a soft PVC tube and an apparatus for manufacturing a mat made of the same. According to the present invention, tubes, which are arranged with a proper interval in the vertical direction and are crossed to be bonded to each other, are molded by mixing a powder PVC material with an eco-friendly plasticizer when manufacturing a mat installed on indoor floor. Therefore, production cost can be reduced; the mat becomes safe for human body; and a process of bonding the tubes to be crossed by each other can be uniformly and exactly performed, thereby improving the quality of products and increasing the productivity. |
