The present invention relates to a structure for fixing a screw shaft and a rib of a water cooled screw conveyor for transferring granules and powder. The structure comprises a screw shaft which has a structure for circulating cooling water provided therein; and a screw pipe which is fixed on a circle concentric with the screw shaft while being spaced apart from the screw shaft and has a spiral screw flight fixed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; is inclined; and is used to transfer high temperature powder. The present invention provides the structure for fixing a screw shaft and a rib of a water cooled screw conveyor for transferring granules and powder. The structure has a connection flange which is made of the same material as the screw pipe and is welded at radial intervals on the outer circumferential surface of the screw shaft by using a flat welding method and fixes the screw pipe made of a material different from that of the screw shaft; and the rib is welded on the bore of the screw pipe which is made of the same material as the connection flange and is fixed on the connection flange by welding. Thus, the structure has improved weldability and welding quality. According to the present invention, the structure for fixing a screw shaft and a rib of a water cooled screw conveyor for transferring granules and powder is capable of preventing welding defects due to the different materials of the rib and the screw shaft, increasing durability when the rib is provided as a middle inclusion and making the screw pipe and the screw shaft fix each other on the screw conveyor which uses high temperature powder. |
