This invention relates to warp knit fabric having a locknit pattern comprising polytrimethylene terephthalate yarn and elastic yarn having a weight ratio of from 70:30 to 90:10. The fabrics have a soft hand feel, better colorfastness after chlorine exposure and UV radiation as compared to other performance wear fabrics containing elastic yarn polyethylene terephthalate yarn. |
