The present invention relates to a food dryer, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a food dryer capable of easily removing moisture generated during a food drying procedure from a lid, and improving drying efficiency. The food dryer comprises: a drying main body having a heater and a ventilation fan installed therein; drying racks stacked in multistage above the drying main body, wherein each of the drying racks has a through flow channel formed on the center portion; and a cover to shield an upper part of the drying rack. Here, the cover includes: a cover main body having downward inclined surfaces formed on the left and right sides centering on the center line in a longitudinal direction; a water scupper formed on the circumference of a lower part inside the cover main body to collect water droplets, which are condensed below the inclined surfaces, along the inclined surfaces; and a ventilation port formed on the center of the cover main body, wherein the ventilation port protrudes downwards from the cover main body to communicate with the through flow channels of the drying racks. |
