PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash processor with improved product quality by blocking entry of dust and foreign substances into a conveying means such as a conveying roller opened to the outside through an open end of a storage chamber and into the inside of the processor and by reducing conveying jam, operation defects and failures, without impairing the operability of operation concerned with a safe, such as the attachment or detachment of the safe and the presence/absence check of the safe. SOLUTION: The cash processor includes: a conveying means 2 for conveying cash; storage chambers 5, each of which is provided the position where an inner end (in) faces a part of the conveying means 2, and in each of which a part of the conveying means 2 is opened to the outside through an open end (op); safes A to C to be attachably and detachably stored in the storage chambers 5; and partition parts 6 each of which is held at an escaped position (esc) with the safe A, B or C attached, and is moved to an isolated position (abs) for isolating the inner end (in) from the outside by using operation performed when the safe A, B or C is detached from the storage chamber 5.
