Method for processing one or more payment card transactions for a payment card using a payment processing system in communication with a computer readable storage medium includes receiving an authorization request from an acquirer and a corresponding authorization response from a card issuer, the authorization response including a status identifier for the payment card, associating the payment card with a payment card listing based on the status identifier, the payment card listing indicating transaction processing information relating to the payment card, and storing the payment card listing in the computer readable storage medium.
