<p>It is an object to provide a method for manufacturing a casting product with a self-hardening mold and a manufacturing foundry plant using the method wherein a shared production line is used in the same foundry plant to allow selecting and implementing either of the full mold process and the wooden pattern process, depending upon the type, and the like, of the product to thereby permit highly efficient production of castings. This object is achieved by disposing a compound multi-function molding line 1 to be sharedly used by the full mold process and the wooden pattern process in the central portion of the foundry plant; providing a casting line on the full mold process and a casting line on the wooden pattern process, sharing the molding line 1; and on the basis of the judgment elements of the shape, material, production lot, and the like, of a casting product of a manufacturing object, allowing either of the casting line on the full mold process and the casting line on the wooden pattern process to be selectively used.</p> |
