The present invention relates to a precision vise capable of adjusting angles. The precision vise mounts workpieces on first and second rotating members each of which is equipped on first and second fixed members, and rotates an adjusting member, and accordingly, the second rotating member rotates to locate the workpiece on a correct position. At the same time, while rotating the adjusting member, a contact rod is rotated to be completely in contact with the second rotating member to fix the workpiece for processing the same. |
