In a method for providing a clinical data service based on an electronic medical record system, the method of the present invention includes the steps of: displaying a sub mode per clinical data service type, when a clinical data service mode to support clinical judgment per patient is executed; displaying a pre-established clinical item and an individual clinical item data list of the pre-established clinical item according to a sub mode selected from a user among the displayed sub modes per clinical data service type; dividing an area displaying the individual clinical item data list per pre-established clinical item according to a pre-established period and generating an input field per individual clinical item corresponding to the same; displaying progress of clinical treatment per pre-established period, as a graph, by connecting a corresponding input value according to the input field per individual clinical item; and activating a corresponding area in response to user interrupt generated in the displayed graph.
