The present invention relates to a bending device for a microcoaxial cable which includes a bending material capable of bending a ground bar formed on the microcoaxial cable, and is capable of bending by supporting the ground bar of the microcoaxial cable with a fixing jig and a supporting plate formed on the bending material and vertically moving the bending materials with respect to a connection axis of a rotary plate; and a method to bend the microcoaxial cable using the bending device. The present invention puts emphasis on the bending device of the microcoaxial cable and the method to bend the microcoaxial cable using the bending device capable of bending the ground bar of the microcoaxial cable by seating the microcoaxial cable whereby the ground bar task is completed on a seating stand of a cable fixing frame using a block jig, grounding the supporting plate and the fixing jig grounded on the upper and lower parts of the ground bar of the microcoaxial cable, and then vertically moving the bending material to the upper and lower parts of the grounded portion. As the bending task is possible using the supporting plate and fixing jig grounded on the ground bar of the microcoaxial cable whereby the ground bar task is completed, products are uniformly peeled in a peeling process after the bending task. Therefore, the bending device for the microcoaxial cable and the method to bend the microcoaxial cable minimize the failure of the products, improves the productivity of the microcoaxial cable, and reduces additional personnel expenses and manufacturing costs by reducing unnecessary workers. |
