Provided is an extract of Isodon japonicas having antioxidant activity. The extract of Isodon japonicas and a fraction have a marvelous antioxidant effect and can be used as a medicine, a cosmetic, and a functional food composition related to antioxidation, thereby having a wide range of applications.
