摘要 The present invention relates to a solar cell module which prevents increase in a temperature of the module by selectively blocking infrared rays among incident sun light by attaching low-E tempered glass to the front side of the solar cell to improve power generating efficiency, and which is characterized by comprising solar cells arranged in a certain interval and converting solar energy into electrical energy; an interconnector electrically connecting the solar cells to each other; first and second protective films formed on the front side and the back side of the solar cell to protect the solar cell; a back sheet formed on the lower part of the second protective film opposite to a light receiving surface of the solar cell; low-E tempered glass formed on the first protective film of the light receiving surface of the solar cell to selectively block only infrared rays among the solar energy while preventing damage to the solar cell; a frame receiving the solar cells, the first and second protective films, the back sheet, and the low-E tempered glass; and a junction box formed on the rear side of the back sheet.
