The invention relates to a water-based vinyl-acrylic paint comprising phase-change materials suitable for encapsulating capsicum or capsaicin oleoresin derived directly from the placenta of the chili. In addition, in one of the embodiments thereof, the paint has fireproof properties. The paint is used to maintain the temperature of an enclosed space in a temperature zone dependent on the components of the phase-change materials, operating within a range of temperatures suitable for room temperature areas and refrigeration areas, thereby reducing costs owing to the fact that air-conditioning systems are used less. |
