The present invention relates to an apparatus for vertically cutting chicken. The present invention has a purpose of easily cutting chicken breast in a uniform width while a rotating cutter linked to a feeding conveyor and a feeding hopper installed on the upper part of the feeding conveyor to have one side variable are formed to not produce a discarded part which cannot be used for salad on the both ends, and obtaining safety of a worker during cutting, especially for vertically cutting chicken breast used for salad among chicken. The apparatus for vertically cutting chicken according to the present invention for the same comprises a feeding conveyor, a rotating cutter, a feeding hopper, a cutter guide, a discharge conveyor, and a control box. |
