Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing a base-in-water suspension of particles of a pharmaceutically active ingredient component having an average particle diameter of not more than 20 µm. This pharmaceutical composition enables to attain extremely high intestinal absorption and biological availability of the pharmaceutically active ingredient, particularly when the pharmaceutically active ingredient is poorly water-soluble.
