A method of providing nutrition to a human subject in need of tube feeding, the method comprising administering to the subject by tube feed a nutritional composition comprising: (a) 70-85 wt % coagulating protein; and (b) 15-30 wt % non-coagulating protein consisting of pea protein and/or soy protein wherein the non-coagulating protein prevents or reduces the coagulation of the coagulating protein in the upper gastro-intestinal tract.
