According to the present invention, disclosed are an advertisement providing system and a method thereof, and an apparatus applied in the same. Thus, the advertisement providing system provides advertisement content corresponding to an advertisement content allocation quantity as to each of more than two advertisement media, by designating the advertisement content allocation quantity as to each of the advertisement media on the basis of an advertisement content allocation ratio between the advertisement media; and checks whether the advertisement content allocation quantity are exhausted by receiving the advertisement content from each advertisement medium. The advertisement providing system assures the advertisement content quantity required differently in each advertisement medium and also assures quantity appointed with an advertiser in relation with providing the advertisement content, by resetting the advertisement content allocation ratio between the advertisement media on the basis of the advertisement content exhaustion quantity checked as to each advertisement medium.
