METHOD FOR INJECTION PULVERIZED COAL INTO BLAST FURNACE

The present invention relates to a method of injecting pulverized coal into a blast furnace which includes supplying raw coal by a mill and crushing per type of coal; releasing a predetermined amount of the pulverized coal crushed per type of coal to each feeder (23); mixing the predetermined amount of released pulverized coal in a mixer (25) and charging in a pulverized coal storing tank (27); transferring the pulverized coal charged in the pulverized coal storing tank (27) to an injection hopper (31) through a transfer hopper (29) and regulating the difference of pressure of an injector and a blast furnace (35) in the injection hopper (31) to inject the pulverized coal to each fanning mill connected to the blast furnace (35). The present invention is able to inject pulverized coal having uniform grain size because adjusting the grain size per type of raw coal is possible through mixing after crushing. Therefore, the difference in the amount of injected pulverized coal is reduced and injecting pulverized coal inside a blast furnace can be stabilized.
