摘要
本发明系关于一种尼龙与棉之织物一浴二段染色法,其系在使用酸性反应性染料对尼龙与棉之混纺或交织之织物进行染色时,提供一个可在二小时左右完成之方法,其透过调控酸硷值以及温度,而以先染尼龙再染棉之方式,依序对此织物做染色,并且精确地控制一浴二段染色的时间,确保其不会过长或过短,以维持成品的染色品质,使色泽不会在尼龙以及棉之间产生色差,也不会轻易脱落、褪色。
