Disclosed is an apparatus for peeling farm products. The disclosed apparatus for peeling farm products comprises: a screw member including a rotary shaft and a screw wing formed in a helicoidal type continuing along the rotary shaft, wherein the screw wing rotates according to the rotation of the rotary shaft to allow farm products to move forward; and a rotation panel member including a rotation panel member body and a peeling knife blade installed at the rotation panel member body to be exposed toward the screw member, wherein the peeling knife blade rotates according to the rotation of the rotation panel member body to peel the surface of the farm products moving forward by the screw member. According to the disclosed apparatus for peeling farm products, the screw member moves forward farm products, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots while the rotation panel member placed below the screw member rotates, so that the farm products can be peeled by the peeling knife blade on the rotation panel member. Thus, the apparatus for peeling farm products of the present invention can minimize the generation of bruises, pits, and the like, when compared with the traditional method in which farm products are put in a rotary case and are peeled by a knife blade, entirely rotating the rotary case. Thus, the apparatus for peeling farm products of the present invention can prevent the deterioration in quality of farm products, eliminate the need of an additional work for removing such bruises, pits, and the like, solve the problem of the weight loss caused by excessively peeling the farm products, be eco-friendly since water is not used to peel the farm products, causing no wastewater treatment problem, and continuously peel the farm products. |
