The thin film solar cell according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a rear electrode which is formed on a substrate, a light absorbing layer which is formed on the rear electrode, a buffer layer which is formed on the light absorbing layer, and a front transparent electrode which is formed on the buffer layer.
