The present application provides a refill roll which includes a foreign material removal part which comprises a cylindrical base and polyurethane which surrounds the outer side of the base and has adhesion, and touches a foreign material to collect the foreign material. The polyurethane is formed by the polymerization of a hardener including isocyanate compound and a main material including polyol having at least two hydroxyl radicals per molecular. The content of the polyol in the main material is 75 wt% to 95 wt%. The content of isocyanate compound in the hardener is 30 wt% to 60 wt%.
