The present invention relates to a device and a method for maintenance of a photovoltaic power generation system which can improve generation efficiency by spraying a water-repellent coating agent for removing moisture to the top of a module after washing and drying to prevent deterioration of the generation efficiency due to dew or moisture every morning. The device for maintenance of a photovoltaic power generation system comprises: a solar cell module array having a plurality of solar cell modules arranged at regular intervals and generating electrical energy by receiving sunlight; a photovoltaic power generation management unit which compares and analyzes the electrical energy generated by the solar cell module array and gives notice to a manager when a generation amount is equal to or less than a predetermined generation amount; a photovoltaic washing unit which washes and dries the solar cell module array by receiving instructions from the photovoltaic power generation management unit; and a coating agent spray unit which sprays a water-repellent coating agent for removing moisture to the washed and dried solar cell module array. |
