1. A mixing chamber comprising:
(a) a cylindrical body having first and second ends, the body having a cylindrical cross section of substantially constant diameter between the first and second ends, and an exterior wall with an interior having first and second chambers, and a plurality of inputs and at least one output; (b) the first chamber and second chamber being fluidly connected to each other; (c) the plurality of inputs entering the first chamber and the plurality of outputs exiting from the second chamber; (d) the plurality of inputs being directed toward each other; and (e) wherein separating the first and second chambers is a dividing structure, which dividing structure includes a transverse plate and longitudinal plate, the dividing structure having a gate opening located in the longitudinal plate, and one or more of the outlets are in between the transverse plate and the gate opening.
