An ear medication delivery device for delivering a treatment fluid and retaining the treatment fluid within an ear canal of a patient. The ear medication delivery device can retain the treatment fluid in contact with the ear canal or an eardrum of the patient for a desired time period to provide a therapeutic benefit. In some embodiments, an earplug device can be provided in several sizes for an optimal sealing fit in the ear canal.

1. A system of differently sized ear medication delivery devices, comprising:
a plurality of earplug devices being provided in different outer body sizes for providing a sealing fit with different ear canal sizes, each respective earplug device including:
a distal end, a proximal end, a fluid lumen extending along a longitudinal axis of the respective earplug device between the proximal end and the distal end, a tube attachment hub along the proximal end and comprising an outer circumferential surface that is positioned radially outward with respect to the longitudinal axis, and a conformable outer annular convex seal surface positioned radially outward from the fluid lumen, wherein at least a portion of the conformable outer annular convex seal surface sealingly engages with an ear canal when the respective earplug device is inserted into the ear canal;wherein the fluid lumen extends from the tube attachment hub at the proximal end of the respective earplug device to a distal fluid delivery port axially aligned with the longitudinal axis at the distal end of the respective earplug device;wherein the respective earplug device further comprises a fluid drain hole formed in the conformable outer annular convex seal surface at a position that is laterally offset from the longitudinal axis of the respective earplug device, the fluid drain hole having a lateral width that is smaller than a lateral width of the fluid lumen extending along the longitudinal axis of the respective earplug device, wherein the fluid drain hole is configured to drain at least a portion of a treatment fluid in a proximal direction away from an inner ear region after said treatment fluid is dispensed distally of the distal fluid delivery port at the distal end of the respective earplug device; and a flexible fluid delivery tube engageable with a selected one of said plurality of earplug devices via coupling with the tube attachment hub of the selected one of said plurality of earplug devices, wherein the flexible fluid delivery tube is configured to provide a fluid delivery path for said treatment fluid between a fluid supply reservoir and the lumen of the selected one of said plurality of earplug devices, the flexible fluid delivery tube having a proximal attachment mechanism for connection with the fluid supply reservoir, and the flexible fluid delivery tube having an overall axial length that is greater than an overall axial length of each respective earplug device of said plurality of earplug devices.
