A brake apparatus for vehicles according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a caliper body to cover a disc rotating with a wheel of the vehicle; an actuator which is provided in the caliper body; a piston which is provided on the actuator in order to move in the axial direction of the disk from the caliper body; and a an elastic member which is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the piston and the inner peripheral surface of the actuator, but formed with an opening portion in one side. |
