Disclosed is a warm forming press device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a warm forming press device includes: a bottom mold mounted to a bolster; an upper mold mounted to a slider on an upper portion of the bottom mold to form a material inserted between the bottom mold and the upper mold; a blank holder disposed towards an outer side of the upper mold and installed on the upper mold by a cushion pin; a heat insulating plate installed between the bottom mold and the bolster, and between the upper mold and the slider; a first heating cartridge forming a lower mold cartridge groove inside the lower mold disposed on the lower mold cartridge groove; a second heating cartridge forming an upper mold cartridge groove inside the upper mold disposed on the upper mold cartridge groove; and a third heating cartridge forming a holder cartridge groove inside the blank holder disposed on the holder cartridge groove.
