A cable reel apparatus of construction machinery is provided to make size reduction possible by emitting the heat generated from a cable effectively. A cable reel apparatus of construction machinery, which is operated by electric energy transferred through a cable(3), comprises a reel frame(10), and a drum unit(20) installed to the reel frame to be rotatable and wound or unwound with the cable on the outer circumference according to the rotating direction, wherein a cooling channel(21) is formed on the inside of the drum to cool down the drum unit by flowing in or out cooling fluids outside the drum unit. |
