The present invention relates to an anti-sliding type socks for exercise, in which an anti-sliding part coated with a silicon coating is formed on a ball of the feet, which protrudes from the sole below a big toe as an impact point and on which the force is intensively focused at the time of exercise, thereby preventing sliding in various kinds of exercise. In particular, a double structure, in which an anti-sliding part (11) with a concave and convex portion is formed at the center and auxiliary anti-sliding parts (12, 13) are formed outside the anti-sliding part or at the rear side, is formed at the impact point, and thus the socks of the present invention prevents the sliding thereof even when the impact power is applied forward, backward, or outwardly, as well as rotates in a direction of exercise, thereby maintaining a stable posture of the lower body, doubling the exercise effect due to an increase in the impact power, and being suitably used in various kinds of exercise, including golf, tennis, table tennis, badminton, foot volleyball, baseball, football, basketball, tracking, biking, jogging, marathon, and climbing. |
