Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting control information for interference measurement in a wireless communication system. A base station is configured to determine whether a terminal can perform interference management for receiving a data signal transmitted from the base station based on information of an interference signal. When determining that the terminal can perform the interference management, the base station transmits configuration information for the terminal to receive the data signal by applying the interference management and then transmits, to the terminal, downlink control information including transmission power control information indicating whether a transmission power of a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) corresponding to the interference signal is different from a transmission power of the interference signal.
