<p>The present invention discloses an optical member transmitting or reflecting the light, and more specifically, to a base member which is used to transmitting or reflecting the light, and an optical member which includes a high retardation film attached on the base member. The phase difference of the high retardation film is between 8,000 - 11,000 nm. The optical member of such configuration shows little color shift before sunglasses with polarizing capabilities are worn or after when worn with a display device. The present invention can also remove the rainbow stains appearing on a conventional display device when the sunglasses with the polarizing capabilities are worn by a user.</p> |
