A soft magnetic sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first soft magnetic layer including a soft magnetic material having a first magnetic permeability in a first frequency domain; and a second soft magnetic layer arranged on top of the first soft magnetic layer, and having a second magnetic permeability in a second frequency domain. The first soft magnetic layer or the second soft magnetic layer includes a self-interference prevention means.
