<p>The present utility model discloses a betting system that allows bettors to bet remotely from various areas or locations through betting agents in real-time that eliminates the possibility of bet manipulation. The betting system comprises a central system and a plurality of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices in communication with said central system through on-line internet access. The POS devices include a proprietary software that is configured to allow the betting agents to login to said central system, present the bettor with the available gaming draw in an area created by the central system, allow the agents to input a chosen number(s) and place a betting amount for said chosen number(s) and allow said POS device to print ticket receipt, and send betting information directly to said central system. The direct connection of the POS device to the central system facilitate real-time betting and eliminates the need for local servers.</p> |
