According to an embodiment of the present invention, a terminal user management apparatus comprises: an application blocking unit which blocks a blocking target application among a plurality of applications; an information storing unit which stores blocking determination information to determine whether to block an application, including at least one among a usage state, an unavailable timeslot, a secured region, a harmful word, a USIM card information, and data usage of each of the applications; and a control unit which determines whether a specific application is a blocking target application based on the blocking determination information read from the information storing unit if receiving a request to execute a specific application among the application in accordance to a user request, and which controls the application blocking unit to block the specific application if it is determined that the specific applications is the blocking target application. |
